THE JOY OF PRIVACY. Being alone, if just for a few short minutes, is bliss. It helps me unwind and become peace-filled. Inner peace is the nature of relaxation, the easing of stress, an opportunity to commune with my inner being. Through meditation, quiet moments snatched during a busy day, or a sign on the door saying DO NOT DISTURB, I am strengthened and calmed. I cherish my privacy. It’s my right.
